Key Responsibilities
6. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
7. Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
8. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
9. Assisting with stock control, prep lists, and kitchen organisation
10. Working effectively within a team and adapting to different kitchen environments
11. Following menus and instructions from senior chefs or head chefs
What We’re Looking For
12. Experience in a professional kitchen (level of experience depends on role)
13. Strong understanding of food safety and allergen awareness
14. Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments
15. Good communication and teamwork skills
16. Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
17. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
