Key Responsibilities
7. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
8. Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
9. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
10. Assisting with stock control, prep lists, and kitchen organisation
11. Working effectively within a team and adapting to different kitchen environments
12. Following menus and instructions from senior chefs or head chefs
What We’re Looking For
13. Experience in a professional kitchen (level of experience depends on role)
14. Strong understanding of food safety and allergen awareness
15. Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments
16. Good communication and teamwork skills
17. Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
18. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
