Our client is a family-owned business with over 30 years of history, hand-finishing premium products for major UK retailers and hospitality businesses from their Glenrothes facility. This is a small, close-knit team where the right attitude and willingness to build a long-term career matters as much as experience. What's on offer? Temporary position moving to permanent after 12 weeks Monday to Wednesday, 7:45am to 7:55pm and Thursday, 7:45am to 5:25pm 12.71 per hour, paid weekly - rising on moving to permanent employment As a Production Operative, your duties will include: Hand-finishing products to a consistently high standard Working accurately and consistently to meet production specifications and quality requirements Supporting general production duties across the facility Maintaining a clean and organised working environment To be considered as a Production Operative, you will need: A reliable, conscientious approach to work with good attention to detail The ability to work well within a small, close-knit team A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a skilled manufacturing environment Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is advantageous but not essential Interested in this Production Operative role?
