The team…
The Council has a Disability Support Team, part of the wider Occupational Health & Safety Team. The team assists and advises managers regarding disabled employees and their working environment. Operational Disability Support Workers provide support to individual council employees as specified through the Access to Work scheme.
About the role…
We are seeking to appoint an individual to work alongside one of our supported employees, assisting with various administrative tasks. The role is part-time, 8 hours a week.
The duties include navigating and inputting information into social care systems (as dictated or from written records), minute-taking, proofreading, and managing sensitive information with confidentiality and data protection at the forefront.
You should have knowledge of administrative systems and processes, experience using software such as Microsoft Office, and familiarity with minute-taking, data protection, and working in an administrative setting. Candidates should possess 5 GCSEs at grade A-C or 9-4, including Maths and English, or an equivalent qualification or demonstrable relevant experience.
