JOB PURPOSE This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company. As a Copywriter, you’ll write and shape social content for a key client account. You will work closely with key stakeholders to produce high-quality social copy that showcases our clients’ voice and furthers their brand story. You will be working closely with Sr. Copywriters to follow and improve upon creative standards, processes, and guidelines. This role requires a genuine passion for the craft of copywriting, an affinity for brand storytelling, and a keen eye for detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Write amazing, social first copy with a clear understanding of the brand’s TOV Come up with and present ideas that stand out from the crowd and will deliver against objectives Research customer behaviour and trends Work alongside analysts and get stuck in with social, mobile, digital and customer data to uncover insights that will make a difference Keep up to date with the latest digital trends Present work internally and externally Contribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experience Maintain effective, professional relationships with team members and colleagues Participate in team training/meetings and events when asked WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Relevant experience at a digital/creative agency is preferred A natural gift with words and social first examples to prove it Experience with social media marketing, understanding its potential and its limitations Excellent creative and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment Ability to remain focused under pressure and work under tight deadlines Ability to work within a team as well as with clients A love for learning new things WE OFFER A flexible, hybrid working policy (2 days from the office, depending on location).
