This is a hands-on, technically demanding leadership role within a business-critical environment where resilience, uptime, and compliance are paramount. Role Overview As Shift Leader, you will have full responsibility for the safe operation, maintenance, and performance of critical M&E infrastructure during your shift. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring all plant and systems operate within agreed parameters while maintaining zero-compromise standards around safety and reliability. You will act as the senior technical authority on shift, managing incidents, isolations, permits, and escalations in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.
