We are seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to handle the negotiation, management, and oversight of contractual agreements and relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers, and key stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in supporting the business unit's operational success by ensuring all contracts are compliant, clear, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day negotiation and management of contracts, supporting international business operations.
* Support the contract review process by evaluating incoming documentation and terms and conditions, collaborating with growth teams to prepare redlines and safeguard the organization's interests.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US, UK, and EU government procurement regulations to ensure compliance.
* Analyze and monitor contract compliance in partnership with cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate internally with Contracts colleagues, Legal, Program Management, Growth and Capture, Finance and Pricing, Property, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to facilitate smooth contract execution and delivery.
Education & Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the Defense and Aerospace industry or a similarly complex, regulated sector.
* Previous experience in contracts management or related roles such as Program Management, Supply Chain, or Service Management.
* Legal qualifications not required, but strong familiarity with contractual principles is essential.
