Sparking Growth for FMCG start-ups and challenger brands! Working together with brands to grow their Sales team
Location: WFH- London based with travel to South London (Hybrid)
We’re working with a quietly iconic tableware brand that’s built a reputation for timeless design and quality craftsmanship. Stocked in the likes of Selfridges, WatchHouse, and Margaret Howell, they’re bringing beauty to the everyday—and they’re just getting started.
They’re now looking for a Sales Manager to join their close-knit team and help take their B2B function to the next level. You’ll be working directly with the founder to grow their presence across hospitality, retail, and interior design.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Shape and execute a B2B sales strategy alongside the founder
2. Help guide account planning, pricing and wider commercial decision making
3. Business Development
4. Identify and win new partnerships across retail, hospitality, and the design trade
5. Proactively pitch to hotels, cafes, concept stores, interior designers and architects
6. Build and manage a strong pipeline via their CRM
7. Own the full sales cycle across key B2B accounts
8. Build long-term relationships and increase order value and frequency
9. Make sure clients feel supported, seen and excited to keep working with the brand
10. Process orders and keep the back end running smoothly
11. Liaise with warehouses, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless delivery
12. Manage custom orders and flag stock issues in advance
13. Track performance and forecast sales with confidence
14. Report on key metrics and feed insights into future planning
15. Share feedback with the wider team to shape product development
16. Represent the brand at trade shows, client meetings and industry events
17. Jump in on brand-building projects as needed
What we’re looking for:
* Sales experience in the homeware, lifestyle or tabletop space
* Commercially savvy with a head for data and an eye for design
* Brilliant with people and confident managing a sales pipeline
* Detail-oriented, organised and a natural multitasker
* Comfortable presenting in client meetings and representing the brand
* Proactive, independent, and happy rolling your sleeves up
