Monday to Friday between 8am and 6:30pm
Wellingborough (Office Based)
My client is looking for a highly organised Customer Service Administrator to join their small but busy team supporting clients with orders, queries and delivery arrangements. You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office to sort and analyse large amounts of data and enjoy working collaboratively with other departments. You will be taking calls from customers chasing orders or asking for pricing. You will also be making calls to customers to arrange collections.
Customer Service Administrator key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Receiving orders & inputting onto system
* Maintaining the customer service inbox
* Arranging deliveries and collections
* Remotely action reconfiguration changes
* Answering calls from customers regarding stock and general enquiries
* Maintaining stock levels
* Updating the company database.
* Providing administrative support to the technical advisors on the help desk
Customer Service Administrator Attributes:
