Responsibilities
* Ensure that every item that leaves the kitchen meets high standards.
* Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen to provide the best possible guest experience in the venue.
* Deputise for the Head Chef as required.
* Deliver training to the rest of the kitchen team.
* Stocktaking.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, ideally from a fast-paced, branded operation.
* Mountains of personality.
* A passion for food, customer service, hospitality and people.
* A team player who thrives working with others or independently.
* An upbeat, hard-working and flexible attitude.
