The Role
In this role you will:
* Own end-to-end technical missions in the field; from goal setting, planning, through to production delivery and iteration.
* Partner closely with operators, stakeholders, and executives to scope what truly matters, then turn that into deployed systems with measurable impact.
* Work at the intersection of engineering, applied AI/agent research, product and deployment; embedding with customers and real-world use cases.
* Feed field signals and learnings back into model and platform development: you’re not just deploying, you’re influencing the roadmap.
* Build playbooks, tools, and libraries so that future deployments are faster, more powerful and more reliable.
What You'll Get to Use and Learn
You’ll engage with:
* Software engineering & platformscale systems: backend services, distributed systems, pipelines, fault tolerance
* Agentic/LLM systems: multi-agent architectures, long-running agents, tool/prompt/program design, guardrails
* Evaluation & experimentation: performance monitoring, drift detection, structured problem exploration
* Cloud/ops: Kubernetes, Docker, IaC (Terraform/CDK), observability, secrets, CI/CD
* Model-ops: fine-tuning/RL, agent environments, inference infrastructure
* Enterprise delivery considerations: security, compliance, integration with legacy systems
