We’re on the hunt for a Data Centre Engineering Supervisor to lead operations at a flagship facility in Slough – one of the most advanced data centres in the UK and growing!!

What You’ll Be Doing
o Lead and develop a team of skilled engineers across all critical and non-critical systems.
o Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain 100% uptime across all systems and the plant.
o Act as the technical authority for maintenance, safety, and operational control.
o Manage HV systems, including switching schedules, SOPs, and risk assessments.
o Coordinate and supervise specialist contractors and suppliers.
o Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, permits to work, and compliance documentation.
o Deliver training and mentoring, ensuring all engineers meet and exceed technical standards.
o Drive site culture – safety, quality, teamwork, and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
o Qualified Electrician (Apprenticeship, HND, or City & Guilds).
o 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations – essential.
o Proven experience in High Voltage (HV) systems.
o Hands-on experience in critical environments (data centres, hospitals, pharma, or similar).
o Strong understanding of UPS systems, standby power, and cooling.
o Confident decision-maker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
o Familiarity with BMS systems, permits to work, and safety procedures.
o IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification preferred.
