The Role You'll be part of a highly regarded Planning & Environmental team, recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500 as a Top Tier practice. The work is varied, high-profile and often complex, including: Advising on strategic land and major infrastructure planning Development plan promotion and examinations Planning applications, appeals and enforcement Section 106 and infrastructure agreements Compulsory purchase and Development Consent Orders Environmental matters, including EIAs and habitats compliance The firm is keen to grow this area further and you'll play an active role in building client relationships and contributing to the practice's ongoing success.
