The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans across the total health economy to drive growth of the portfolio and improve patient outcomes within the endocrinology sector.

Job Overview:
* Develop and execute account plans for portfolio, calling in support from the wider team, as required.
* Identify and address funding, capacity, and access barriers.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance NHS partnerships.
* Target customers who influence prescribing, funding, and patient access to services.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
To be successful:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare/ pharmaceutical secondary care account management
* Experience of developing Key Opinion Leaders to become Brand Advocates
* Fully IT literate: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
* Proficient influencing, selling and negotiation skills with HCPs and other relevant NHS personnel
