Restructuring & Insolvency Litigation Solicitor
This hugely collegiate and Top 30 law firm has a great reputation for its inclusive culture, accessible partners and super working environment.
Its highly regarded and L500 recognised insolvency practice aims to hire an Insolvency Litigation solicitor with upwards of 4 years’ PQE. The firm acts for banks, creditors, directors and IPs on contentious restructuring and insolvency cases. Matters will include cross-border issues, distressed situations, high-value claims, administrations, liquidations and contested restructuring plans.
The successful candidate must be a qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years’ PQE who specialises in insolvency Litigation and be confident in playing a pivotal role in running matters and providing advice on enforcement options.
