Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the teaching of French. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Modern Foreign Languages department. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A deep understanding of the UK National Curriculum for French. A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners. A passion for French language and culture and a desire to inspire students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
