The Role
As a Sales Advisor you will be a brand ambassador for the company, always delivering amazing service to our Customers.
This role will involve working weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering customer excellence
• Assisting customers through product knowledge
• Maximising sales & exceeding KPI targets
• Maintains stock accuracy through following stock management guidelines
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will be enthusiastic, passionate, and committed with great people skills. They will have strong engagement skills and show a passion for shoes.
You will be confident in dealing with customers, both face to face and on the telephone.
You will need to be able to communicate and demonstrate confidently your knowledge and skills.
Key Experience & Skills Required
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Sales focused
• Strong Communication Skills
• Reliability & Flexibility (reliable and flexible)
• Teamwork (ability to thrive as part of a team)
• Shoe and or luxury goods experience is desirable
