A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Leeds is partnering with KPI Education to recruit a passionate Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.
The Role
* Full-time, long-term position starting September 2025
* Earn up to £560 per week
* Work in one primary school setting in Leeds (West Yorkshire)
* Support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing both academic and emotional assistance
* Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to boost confidence, learning, and wellbeing
* Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
* Opportunity to support children with SEN, behavioural, or emotional needs
* Teacher training pathways available from 2026
What We’re Looking For
* A 2:1 or higher in Psychology (or a closely related subject)
* Experience working with children (school-based, volunteering, or youth work) is highly desirable
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s development, particularly in SEN, behaviour support, or child mental health
* Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to making a positive impact
