Your new school Lift Charles Warren is an inclusive primary for children aged 4 to 11, with both mainstream classes and a specialist provision for pupils in EYFS to the end of Key Stage 1. Due to an unforeseen illness we are looking for an early years teacher to join our outstanding provision. We are very fortunate to have a brilliant outdoor area including a forest school, nature walk and well kept grounds. We are looking for a driven early years teacher to work with two very experienced and capable TA's to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum, facilitating a positive learning environment where all children feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified teacher who has patience and understanding with young children. You'll be able to quickly adjust teaching methods to meet the needs of all children. It's important you have the flexibility to be able to handle unexpected situations with professionalism and patience in interactions with a variety of children and situations, with a calm demeanour.
