We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to take ownership of our growing events operation — planning, organising and delivering high-performing events across the UK.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two weeks look the same. You’ll be at the centre of our event strategy, helping us scale efficiently while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

🚀 The Role
You’ll be responsible for planning and executing events end-to-end — from sourcing opportunities to managing logistics, accommodation, and performance tracking.
You’ll work closely with our teams on the ground and play a key role in ensuring events are well-organised, cost-effective, and successful.
You’ll predominantly work from home with regular meetings and check-ins with the directors. The majority of this role is online, on the phone, and computer based but will require traveling to various locations when needed to help aid with events and storage requirements.

📅 Book and manage event schedules
🚐 Coordinate logistics for set-up and pack-down
🏨 Organise accommodation for event teams
📞 Handle communications with venues and suppliers
📊 Track KPIs and event performance
💰 Manage budgets and stock allocation
🧩 Solve problems quickly when things don’t go to plan
👀 Requirements
-Experience in events, operations or similar
-Full UK driving licence
-LONDON BASED or surrounding areas
-Highly organised with strong attention to detail
-Confident communicator with great people skills
-A creative thinker who can adapt quickly
-A natural problem solver
-Comfortable working with Google Sheets
-Occasional Weekend/Outside normal working hours
