This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, consistently exceeding revenue targets, and building strong relationships across Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
As Sales Director, you will be instrumental in driving strategic deals, engaging with key stakeholders, and delivering tailored technology solutions that address the unique challenges faced by telecom operators.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closure — on high-value opportunities.
* Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, particularly within NOC and technical operations.
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
* Present complex technology solutions with clarity, both in person and virtually, to executive and technical audiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless customer engagement.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasting and reporting.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across the UK as required.
