Our client has built a strong reputation for quality delivery and customer service and is now looking to strengthen their engineering capability as part of continued growth. The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Security Systems Engineer to join their field engineering team. The role is predominantly field-based, covering a local patch close to the Daventry headquarters, with minimal travel outside the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of CCTV and access control systems across a range of commercial and residential environments.
Key Responsibilities
4. Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems
5. Fault diagnosis and rectification of security systems
6. Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
7. Providing a professional and customer-focused service on site
8. Completion of job reports and documentation
9. Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current standards and regulations
Candidate Requirements
10. Minimum 3 years' experience in CCTV, access control, or similar security systems
11. Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
12. Strong technical and fault-finding capability
13. Full UK driving licence
14. Based within 1hr of Daventry or willing to relocate
15. Must have full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
16. Ability to work independently within a field-based role

Package and Benefits
18. Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
