We're working alongside a leading regional firm, looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our clients Residential Property team in their Frodsham office! You will be supporting a highly skilled team of Fee Earners in handling transactions. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to take their career to the next level within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
o Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, in order to provide advice and assistance.
o Be responsible for chasing various documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches.
o Keep the case management system and any third-party web sites up to date in real time.
o Ensure our clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service at times.
o Prepare required documentation as required with the conveyancing process.
o Prepare the completion packs for the accounts department, to include completion statements and invoices.
o Deal with post exchange matters as directed by your team manager.
o Be responsible for completions on the day of completion.
o Comply with all policies and procedures.
o Any other administrative duties required to assist your team and other teams should the need arise.
What we need from you:
o Able to commute to Frodsham.
o Minimum of 12 months experience within Conveyancing.
