Salary: £32,000-£35,000
Hours: monday to friday 8am till 5pm some weekends may be required depends on service need

The Role:
As our Interim Children's Manager, you will:
* Lead and inspire a team of children's support workers, ensuring excellence in care.
* Oversee day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional outcomes for children.

* Implement best practices, raise quality standards, and champion creativity in service delivery.

Who We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in managing children's teams or services.
* NVQ level 5 in leaderships and management or equivalent
* on call on rota to support the service will be required
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Passion for child development, inclusion, and well-being.
* Driver is essential for this role.
