Job Description
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
* Manage supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services at optimal costs.
* Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Oversee tendering processes and contract negotiations.
* Provide procurement advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
* Monitor procurement performance and generate regular reports.
* Address supply chain challenges to ensure uninterrupted operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Procurement Officer should have:
* Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
* Knowledge of procurement regulations within the not-for-profit sector.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
