Senior Consultant - Oracle Field Service (OFSC) - London / Reading
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Expert to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of OFSC functionalities, technical capabilities, and integration strategies. The ideal candidate will be a techno‑functional professional capable of leading complex implementations, optimizing field service operations, and driving digital transformation for our clients.

Required Skills
* 5-15 years of hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, and integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
* Deep understanding of Oracle Field Service Cloud architecture, data model, configuration, and customization capabilities
* Proven expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions to optimize scheduling, routing, capacity planning, work order management, and mobile workforce management
* Rich experience in configuring OFSC application components including resource pools, territories, routing rules, scheduling policies, business rules, Smart Collaboration, Action Management, and Manage Displays
* Experience with OFSC Mobile Plug‑in Framework is a significant plus
* Knowledge of customizing OFSC using the plug‑in framework to enhance functionality and meet specific business needs, including capturing time and expenses
* Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms (preferably Oracle Integration Cloud – OIC) for integrating OFSC with other enterprise systems
* Knowledge of all Oracle Cloud security policies, standards, and procedures
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Oracle Field Service Cloud certifications are a significant plus
Responsibilities
* Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the analysis and understanding of complex client business requirements related to field service operations, translating them into robust and scalable OFSC solutions
* Implementation & Configuration: Lead and execute end‑to‑end OFSC implementation phases, from project preview and fit/gap analysis to configuration, testing, go‑live preparation, and post‑production support
* Integration & Technical Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations between OFSC and other enterprise systems, utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and develop and implement mobile solutions for field technicians using the OFSC mobile application
* Client & Team Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences; lead and facilitate solution design sessions, workshops, and UAT with clients; mentor and provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
* Continuous Improvement & Leadership: Stay current with Oracle Field Service Cloud updates, patches, and new features, assessing their impact on existing systems and recommending adoption strategies; identify and lead opportunities for process improvement and technological innovation within field service operations; manage project workstreams, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
