Job Description:
My client is looking for customer service professionals to be the first point of contact, providing an excellent customer experience at all times.
You will be responsible for offering proactive solutions for any issues or concerns that the customer might face following a purchase.
Excellent customer service experience is a must for this role, with empathy and great listening skills.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, no weekends.
Main Duties:
* Providing excellent customer experiences at all times
* Understanding customer requirements and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues
* Verifying and updating customer information on a CRM system
* Proactively offering solutions to customer issues
* Escalating cases to the 2nd line case management team when appropriate
* Owning the customer experience and ensuring follow-through
* Working with a high degree of accuracy
Required Skills & Experience:
* Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
* Computer literacy, including internet and email use
* Strong listening and communication skills to resolve customer queries promptly
* Enthusiastic attitude with a positive outlook
* Strong organizational skills
* Flexibility and resilience
