Are you customer‑focused, confident and logical with excellent communication skills? Grange Property Management is looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after our properties at Briarwood in Banstead. With a ‘can do’ attitude you’ll prioritise and manage your own workload independently. This is a varied and customer‑facing role supporting residents in maintaining their well‑being and independence.
Lone working you’ll have support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team along with a Training and Support Assistant. You will be organised and able to work on multiple tasks, with a good understanding of building maintenance as you’ll be responsible for the general management of the building including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas as well as the structure of the property.
Responsibilities
* Oversee contractors on annual contracts and carry out the communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning.
* Serve as first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries and property alterations; advise and empathise with residents (typically aged 60+).
* Develop and nurture working relationships with residents, contractors and clients.
* Use IT applications such as Outlook and Word.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Eligible to work in the UK and resident in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
* Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
* Ability to travel across the region as required.
* Work independently while being a lone worker with support.
* Strong communication and customer‑focused skills.
