Overview
Warwick School is seeking to appoint a Pupil Wellbeing Officer to deliver high-quality and inclusive wellbeing and mental health support for pupils. The role involves early identification, intervention and strategic development of a whole-school approach to mental health.
Responsibilities
* Early identification of mental health needs and strategic development of a whole-school approach
* Work closely with the Head of Academic Support and SEND in supporting pupils with SEMH needs
* Collaborate with the Deputy Head (Pastoral) and Designated Safeguarding Lead to manage provision for all students
* Provide a drop-in listening and support service in the Wellbeing Hub, assessing and triaging the needs of pupils
Working Hours
8am 4pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Full-time, term time only.
Salary
Actual Salary: £20,098 to £20,974. Full-time equivalent salary: £24,871 to £25,956.
