The opportunity:
Are you ready to kickstart your finance career? Our Group Finance Team is looking for a Purchase Ledger Apprentice to join us at our headquarters in Salford. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience and study towards AAT Level 2 or 3, depending on your prior experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Processing invoices in our system and ensuring timely approvals
Checking statements and liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
Posting payments and allocating invoices in the ledger
Supporting the Accounts Payable team to meet strict monthly deadlines
Maintaining attention to detail and managing repetitive tasks efficiently
Taking on ad-hoc duties to support the wider finance team
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a professional finance team
GSCE grade 5 and above in Maths and English, open to recent graduates but this is not essential.

Eligibility: To apply for this apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or UK Territories for the past 3 years and have full legal rights to work during that time. Time spent in the UK solely on a student visa does not count toward this 3-year residency requirement.
