Internal sales executive

Internal Sales Executive, Salary: £28-30k (uncapped commission), 33 days holiday inc bank holidays, life insurance and lots of other benefits and career opportunities. Location: Stockton-on-Tees.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Inbound Internal Sales Executive to work for dynamic and market leader in portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions. The role can offer excellent career progression opportunities for the right candidate. Applicants will need to have telephone sales and/or contact centre customer service experience. A full induction and training programme will be provided.

This role would suit candidates with experience as an Inbound Sales Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Account Manager, Telesales Executive or Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor.

Internal Sales Executive - The role

1. To be the key point of contact for inbound inquiries from your allocated customer accounts, delivering an excellent customer experience which ensures repeat business.
2. Converting incoming telephone and emailed enquiries into sales opportunities and sales opportunities into profitable revenue
3. Providing quotations, advising on solutions and upselling. Follow up calls after quotes submitted.
4. Planning and prioritising customer/prospect contacts to ensure agreed sales targets are achieved.
