The Role
As a Junior Vehicle Technician / Improver Mechanic, you will work alongside senior techs to deliver precision servicing and repairs. This is a hands-on role designed to sharpen your diagnostic skills and technical knowledge in a structured environment.
Your day-to-day:
* Routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and multi-point inspections.
* Assessing brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust systems.
* Developing fault-finding skills using modern diagnostic equipment.
* Learning to handle repairs accurately (experience with wet-belt engines is a plus!).
* Ensuring all work meets safety and manufacturer quality standards.
What We're Looking For
* Qualification: Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred) in Vehicle Maintenance.
