Your Role (What you’ll be doing)
As a Junior Vehicle Technician / Improver Mechanic in our Clevedon team, you will:
* Precision Servicing: Perform routine maintenance, multi-point inspections, and scheduled servicing.
* Core Mechanics: Assess and repair brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust systems.
* Advanced Learning: Develop your fault‑finding skills using modern, manufacturer‑grade diagnostic equipment.
* Technical Repairs: Learn to handle complex repairs accurately (experience with wet‑belt engines is a plus!).
* Quality Standards: Ensure every vehicle meets strict safety and manufacturer quality standards.
What You Need
* Qualification: NVQ Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred) in Vehicle Maintenance.
* Experience: Some proven experience in a workshop or dealership setting.
* Skills: A solid mechanical foundation and a genuine desire to learn advanced diagnostics.
