We are seeking a highly organised administrator, with intermediate IT skills and strong attention to detail. You must have excellent customer service skills, a professional telephone manager and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. You will be proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook and be confident in your own ability to manage your daily work load. You should also possess fast and accurate typing skills.
Duties will generally include:
* Typing marketing brochures and updating websites
* Producing reports and managing client records
* Taking incoming telephone calls
* Speaking to clients and providing excellent customer service
* Producing letters and emails
* Daily use of Word, Excel and databases
* Scanning, photocopying and updating the database
