The Opportunity
Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Chef Supervisor to join our catering team at HMP Parc, Bridgend (CF35 6AP).
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated chef ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day kitchen operation, supervising a team of chefs and working alongside enhanced inmates, helping to ensure the unit runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

A Day in the Life
* Supervising and supporting chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals three times a day
* Preparing and serving quality food within a pre‑ordered menu structure
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance
* Completing relevant paperwork and due diligence accurately
* Supporting a positive kitchen culture and confidently managing challenges when they arise
* Completing any required training to support the role.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* UK residency for the past 5 years with legal right to work
* Ability to pass full DBS and security vetting
* Previous supervisory or team‑leading experience
* Relevant culinary qualification
* Experience working in a large‑scale or high‑volume kitchen
* Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach
