Compensation
£100k + Stock‑Options/BSPCE
Location
Remote across Europe with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed).
About the Role
* Own your work from A to Z, from architecture to coding to monitoring releases’ performance.
* Receive fast user feedback and iterate quickly; we update the backend multiple times a week.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, front‑end) to design and deliver seamless user experiences.
* Optimize existing endpoints, driving down latency and ensuring scalable performance.
About You
* 5+ years of backend development experience with Django and Django Rest Framework.
* Experience working with relational databases at scale, designing schemas, optimizing queries, and performing migrations with minimal downtime.
* Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases larger than 100 GB.
* Designed endpoints in collaboration with front‑end engineers, delivering Open API and detailed documentation.
* Pragmatic, speed‑oriented, favoring frameworks and libraries over reinventing the wheel.
* Strong sense of ownership; initiative and comfort with product & technical decisions.
* Fluent in English; French is not required.

Hiring Process
