Job Title: Operations Supervisor\nLocation: Belfast\nHours: 40 hours per week –Monday-Sunday 5 × 8-hour shifts 6am -2pm and 12pm-8pm on a rota basis, including some bank/public holidays\nSalary: £33,000 per annum\n\nAbout your new company\n\nA well-established and expanding cash transaction management business with a strong presence across the UK and Ireland. Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the continued expansion of their Belfast operation.\n\nAbout your new Operations Supervisor role\n\nWorking within a fast-paced environment, you will be a key member of the management team, responsible for the day-to-day running of Branch Operations, including the Secure Area.\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging daily branch and secure-area operations\nProcessing containers into and out of the department\nEmployee rostering and weekly updates to the TMS system\nRoute planning and route optimisation\nBriefing and debriefing drivers\nDispatch management of approximately 40 drivers\nFleet planning, vehicle utilisation, and downtime
