Im currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Subject Matter Expert, Workday.
This is a highly visible role, acting as the bridge between HR, IT, and international stakeholders, with a focus on driving system optimisation, data integrity, and process efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
* Acting as SME for Workday and Oracle
* First point of contact for HR systems queries
* Reviewing and improving HR system processes
* Managing system integrations (e.g. ADP, SailPoint, Oracle)
* Leading HRIS enhancements, projects, and testing
* Building automated reporting and dashboards
* Ensuring data accuracy across HR systems
We would love to see:
* Strong Workday experience (essential)
* Experience with HR systems, integrations, and data flows
* Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
