The opportunity:
* Senior Leadership Team role reporting directly to the MD, with responsibility for four direct reports across scientific and regulatory functions.
* Created to relieve pressure on the MD’s span of control and provide leadership focus on science-led growth.
* Key to driving NHS engagement and expanding healthcare professional adoption of the brand.
* Full accountability for scientific strategy, innovation pipeline, and academic partnerships.
* Oversight of Technical & Regulatory, Healthcare Professional Liaison, Scientific Training, and Academia/Research relationships (c.12 staff in total).
* Represents the business externally at industry forums and internally contributes to commercial decision-making at board level.
The ideal candidate:
* Degree-qualified in life sciences, nutrition, healthcare, or equivalent, with strong scientific credibility.
* Demonstrated SLT/board-level leadership and strategic planning ability within healthcare, pharma, or natural products sectors.
* Proven experience leading product innovation, particularly bringing supplements or health products from concept to launch.
* Skilled at leading cross-functional technical, scientific, and commercial-facing teams.
* Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (supplement compliance and health claims legislation) and healthcare professional engagement strategies.

* Salary up to £90k base, plus performance-related bonus (5%) and additional Christmas bonus week’s pay.
* Hybrid setup with HQ in Andover, Hampshire – ideally two days per week on site, flexible for senior candidates.
