Are you an HR Administrator or Assistant looking for your next challenge in a busy, hands-on HR team? We're seeking a highly organised and people-focused HR Assistant to join us at our Lifton site, supporting the day-to-day delivery of our HR service across the business. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee lifecycle administration and colleague engagement.
As our next HR Assistant, you'll:
1. Process new starters, including contracts, onboarding paperwork and setting up on HR systems.
2. Manage leavers, update trackers, and carry out exit interviews.
3. Maintain employee records and process changes through MyHR.
4. Support employee relations administration, ensuring accurate case tracking.
5. Track and support probationary reviews with line managers.
