Global Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturer in the West Midlands are currently looking for an Operation Manager to join the team and help really drive major managerial change in their world class manufacturing facility. With the business in a very strong place & a strong order book; the Operations Manager will be responsible for the continuing improvement of the business whilst managing direct reports in Quality, Maintenance, Process Improvement & Tooling. Reporting into the Plant Manager; you will be a strong communicator and will be a key advocate for Engagement with internal stakeholders, the workforce & external stakeholders. You will be a key ambassador for Quality, Health & safety, Your People, Cost & Delivery. You will be a key part of driving cultural change on site & help motivate and improve your team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast paced complex manufacturing environments.
