Responsibilities
* Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop
* Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets
* Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers
* Achieves agreed profits and retention levels
Qualifications & Skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work to timescales effectively
* Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service
* Experience in a main dealer environment
* Strong industry knowledge
* Ability to work under pressure

As a Workshop Controller in our aftersales department, you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will use your excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face‑to‑face or over the phone, providing outstanding service.
