Working with a fast-growing highly successful performance creative agency building out their design team.
This isn’t a traditional brand design role. It’s built for someone who is emersed in the paid social space who loves the rapid pace and excitement of creating shortform social content as you’ll be shipping work constantly and getting better as you go.
If you prefer slower, craft-led brand work or longer timelines, this probably won’t be the right fit.
This role is plug-and-play, output-first. Fast. Measured. Constantly improving.
You’ll be designing paid social content and ad creative across FMCG, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
Think volume, variation, and learning what actually works in market.
What you’ll be doing
* Designing paid social ads across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
* Creating high-volume content (stills + some motion)
* Working at pace across multiple brands
* Contributing to creative strategy, not just execution
* Iterating based on performance, not opinion
What they’re looking for
* A designer with strong social content or paid social experience
* Recent output you can talk through
* Understanding of formats that perform in-feed
* Ability to move quickly without losing quality
* Bonus if you cover motion or video and use Capcut
