The B2C Product Manager - My Account / Retention & Loyalty Product Manager will work in a dynamic business that has hired a best in class product leadership team & is undergoing a transformation to becoming truly product led and using AI to gain competitive advantage.
The B2C Product Manager - My Account / Retention & Loyalty Product Manager will work across responsive web and native wrapper app and have a North Star of repeat booking and NPS, or similar.
The B2C Product Manager - My Account / Retention & Loyalty Product Manager will have:
Excellent academics, initiative and a demonstrable drive to achieve success
Good tenure in a B2C product role from any sector
Delivered great products that consumers love
worked in a fast paced start up, scale up or internal accelerator
Experience in a subscription or eCommerce / transactional business would be helpful but is not a pre-requisite.
