Subject Matter Expert – Insolvency Location: Glasgow
A market leader in insolvency software is undergoing a major transformation with the launch of a next-generation SaaS platform. As part of this development, they are looking to hire experienced insolvency professionals to join their expanding product team as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
This is a strong opportunity for candidates with hands-on IPS (Insolvency Practitioner Software) experience who are looking to transition into a client-facing, product-focused role supporting training, implementation, and product development.
Act as a central contact for client transition and implementation projects
Create digital training materials using platforms such as WalkMe, including written guides, videos, and other documentation
Practical experience using IPS or similar insolvency software
Familiarity with IPS SQL (advantageous but not essential)
Well-organised, proactive, and able to meet project deadlines
Confident in delivering virtual and in-person training
Competency in Microsoft Office tools
