Recruit4staff are representing a leading civil engineering business in their search for a Senior Project Manager (Construction) to work in Seascale Job Details: Pay: Circa £95,000 (Negotiable depending on skillset and experience) Hours of Work: Full Time, Monday to Friday, Days (45 hours) Duration: Permanent Benefits: 8% employer pension contribution, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Job Role: As Senior Project Manager (Construction), you will take full responsibility for leading the on-site delivery of a complex civil engineering project. You will manage all construction activities from the start of site operations through to completion, ensuring that all works meet programme, cost, quality and safety targets. You will oversee multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring high performance, efficient coordination, and compliance with all regulatory and project requirements. This Senior Project Manager (Construction) role requires strong operational leadership, exceptional safety management, and the ability to drive progress, resolve issues, and maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with design, engineering, planning, commercial and procurement teams to ensure construction is delivered effectively and in line with the project’s technical and contractual obligations. This position suits an experienced project leader with a strong background delivering large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure schemes.
