Grant House is a residential care service for older adults and we are looking for suitably experienced, qualified, flexible and committed individuals to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
Duties of the posts include supporting individuals with the full range of daily living activities, the day‑to‑day personal care and welfare of the residents along with Key‑Worker responsibilities. The post holder will be shift lead responsible for H&S of residents and building. As part of the role they will administer prescribed medication, complete audits and devise care plans.
Qualifications and experience
The post holder must be able to demonstrate awareness of the complex physical, mental and emotional needs of older adults and respond in an enabling way. Experience of working in a care setting, good team‑working, leadership and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be able to work shifts on a rotational basis. SVQ 3 is desirable but training will be provided.
