Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate a team of 8-12 SDRs
2. Handle daily operations and monitor team performance
3. Coach and develop closing techniques and objection handling
4. Analyze data and reports to implement strategic improvements
5. Maintain high energy and professionalism within the team
Minimum Requirements
1. Experience managing an internal sales team in a high-energy, outbound call center environment
2. Proficiency in analyzing CRM data and reports
3. Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
4. Passion for sales and sales management
Additional Information
Salary: £40,000 with uncapped OTE up to £65,000 in Year 1, including bonuses and benefits such as quarterly bonuses, holidays, birthday leave, access to EAP and Health Shield, discounts, and on-site gym.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, office hours.
