Job Description
Role: Business Support Clerk
District: Doncaster
Location: College Road, Doncaster
Salary: £24,222 - £26,106 (pro rata)
Hours: 22.5
Contract Type: Temporary until 31.03.26
Key Responsibilities
1. Source, order, and raise requisitions for goods and services using value for money principles and relevant information systems, e.g., i-procurement.
2. Receipt goods and services, confirm deliveries and quantities, and maintain accurate records.
3. Administer local purchase card, disturbance, and income accounts, including:
* Providing cash payments (e.g., expenses, cash advances)
* Collecting, receipting, reconciling, and banking income (cash and cheque)
* Maintaining accurate electronic records
* Safe auditing
1. Track and supply equipment, uniforms, controlled stationery, stock, and issue items.
2. Communicate with internal and external customers.
3. Perform general clerical duties.
Skills and Experience
* Experience working in an office environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
* Proven numeracy skills.

Eligibility
