You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious growth plans by managing some of our most strategically important customer relationships. What will you be doing?
* Account Management - Taking full ownership of the commercial relationship with some of our key grocery retail partners, owning the P&L and the joint business plan, as well as seeking out new business opportunities
* Forecasting - generate and own the commercial forecast for your customers, working with other internal departments to ensure demand aligns with supply
* Customer and Market Insight - develop a deep understanding of your customers, their shoppers and the broader market, and utilising these insights to shape winning customer plans
* Commercial Strategy - help develop and deliver our commercial plans, ensuring your customers have the right range, promotions, and activation to unlock long-term, profitable growth
* Performance Analysis - Using a variety of data sources, you’ll measure what’s working (and what’s not), draw out meaningful insights, and support your recommendations with clear, evidence-based thinking
Skills and knowledge you need to have
* Commercially confident and proactive sales professional, with experience managing major UK grocery retail accounts (ideally FMCG brands)
* Proven ability to influence and negotiate at all levels – both internally and externally
* Comfortable with numbers, with strong analytical and Excel skills, and a sharp commercial instinct
* Strategic thinker, able to translate insight into action
* A relationship builder – someone who can build trust, collaboration, and shared ambition with our customers
* Positive, entrepreneurial spirit – ready to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business
