This newly created Analyst position sits within a leading global energy company’s London office and is designed for professionals with early-career experience in middle- or back-office functions, ideally within a commodities-focused environment, with exposure to products such as Gas, Power, LNG, or other energy commodities.
Key responsibilities include validating trade bookings, confirming financial deals with counterparties, processing settlements, reconciling broker statements, maintaining static data, and supporting regulatory reporting (EMIR/REMIT). The role begins with a comprehensive and supportive training program with the expectation that the successful candidate will work independently within three months.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the energy sector or a related trading environment, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or another quantitative field.
