This post will be allocated to working in the Supported Accommodation and Short Breaks part of the service on a night shift rota basis.We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to work both on an individual basis and as a member of a team. You will adopt a person-centred approach to deliver a high standard of flexible and responsive care to service users within the Supported Accommodation and Short Breaks.
